This time we made another heart-stirring achievement to succeed the spirit of Donghak and 3.1 Independence Movement. We added another footprints to those of people’s victory that we have achieved since 4. 19 Revolution. And we gave another hope to the global village.

The essence of Hanryu is in the historic context which has respected the universal value of humanity. This value is inherent in the identity of K-pop and K-food. This is why Hanryu enjoys longevity. K-democracy this winter could also shed a light to the American moral hegemony in decline.

In addition, U.S.A. is in crisis. The rapid increase of Chinese Navy Forces raises the diastrophism in the relation between Korea and U.S.A. Immediately after the election of Trump he requested the Call related to warship. The status of U.S.A. is gradually changed from absolute the first to relative the first. Acheson line is surely changed in the Korean peninsula. The increase of expense for American army station will be a superfluity. The Korean-Japanese relation seems to change after the Call. Citizens’ Parliamentary institution which can meet the public request of direct decision such as popular initiative, recall system and referendum is demanded. Revolutionary change of political system is necessary to digest people’s will to power armed with IT, SNS and AI. This kind of reform will be a kind of model for the global village.

First of all, we should push ahead with energy change and nuclear power phase-out policy. Natural gas power plant of big capacity is at a standstill because of nuclear powers. With the rapid spread of cheap solar power, natural gas power is more desirable for compensating for the intermittency of solar power. There is also the danger of Black-Out in nuclear power because of pushing excessive force on electric system. Thus it is nothing but the waste of money to establish more nuclear power plant.

Now we should pull down a curtain. We should stop being taken as a hostage of nuclear power Mafia who monopolize the supply of fuel rod. Additionally nuclear power as serious source of heat contamination, takes a share in accelerating climatic crisis. Now we should take our course to get out of the nuclear land mines gradually. The Parliaments should provide a cross-watch device until its safety is secured. The department of Nuclear Power Technology should be switched to that of Nuclear Power Deconstruction, which will contribute to the safety of the global village.

Japanese nuclear waste dumping must be stopped by all means. To keep silent on an evil deed makes a real crisis. Enforcing nuclear waste dumping can be seen as preliminaries for Rokkasho reprocessing operation on the way to the country of an atomic base. The countries such as U.S.A., England, France and China with nuclear material reprocessing facilities for production of nuclear weapons have somewhere of their lands seriously contaminated by radioactivity. It is nuclear matter that makes the self affected before making others harmed. What is worse, it will intimidate all lives of the global village from generation to generation.

From this point of time the case of Jeong Cheolseung, lawyer is a kind of fire on our instep about which we have to do something quickly. It is the task of the times as well.
