A rally to stop the Japanese government’s atrocities ahead of the US presidential election

The US president is the most powerful person in the world, acknowledged by everyone. The election is coming up on November 4th. For us who have personally experienced the atrocities of the Japanese government and the tragedy of the pro-Japanese traitorous regime, this election is more interesting than ever. At this time, there is something we must not miss and do. It is to demand that the US government withdraw its support for Japan’s nuclear wastewater dumping.

The Japanese government (Tokyo Electric Power Company) has dumped 62,600 tons into the ocean in eight installments as of today. I wrote the following article in the media a few days ago.Fact check on the report on Fukushima nuclear wastewater dumping

“Even if it is diluted and discarded, the total amount discarded does not change. Furthermore, even the IAEA stipulates that substances should not be intentionally diluted other than the dilution that occurs during normal operations. Dilution is no different from the Japanese government’s show. There is only one ocean. After phytoplankton is contaminated with radioactivity, the radioactivity gradually accumulates in larger fish through the food chain and eventually enters the human body. Internal exposure poses a greater threat to the human body than exposure in the atmosphere. The younger the child, the more fatal the effects.
Just considering tritium, in the Bristol Channel where the UK’s Sellafield nuclear fuel reprocessing plant is located, it was recognized that the concentration was 4,000 to 50,000 Bq/kg in halibut and 2,000 to 40,000 Bq/kg in mussels, compared to 5 to 50 Bq/L in seawater in a natural state. These figures are 3,000 and 2,300 times higher than The average concentration rates of these two fish species, respectively. Last May, 18,000 Bq of radioactive cesium, 180 times the standard, was detected in sea bass caught in the Fukushima nuclear power plant port. This shows the difference in the damage caused by natural tritium water (HTO) and internally exposed organically bound tritium (OBT).
If we extrapolate from this data, we can guess that the radioactivity of higher-level fish species accumulates exponentially through the food chain. We do not drink seawater directly, but eat fish that are contaminated exponentially. This is why seawater contaminated with nuclear wastewater is ultimately dangerous to humans, no matter how low its concentration.

The point is that there is a way to deal with this dangerous nuclear wastewater without dumping it into the ocean. 6. [There is an alternative without ocean dumping] states, “The half-life of tritium is 12.3 years. After 100 years, the toxicity will completely disappear by 1/1000. There is also a suggestion by Dr. Ken Busseler of the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution in the United States that if the existing 1,000-ton tank is expanded or a large 100,000-ton tank is newly built to store it for 20 more years, 80% of the tritium will disappear. There is plenty of land in Japan. Experts are also recommending a method of mixing nuclear wastewater with cement to make mortar and using it at construction sites.”

The problem is the UN and the US. The UN is turning a blind eye to this international issue, leaving it to the IAEA, which is no different from an international nuclear subcontractor, and the US federal government is showing the height of irresponsibility. 10. Looking at the section [The US Federal Government’s Abuse of Authority],

“Last summer, the US states of Massachusetts and New York did their utmost to block even a much smaller amount of nuclear wastewater. The state governments’ judgment was correct. In contrast, the US federal government is using the IAEA as a shield to tolerate the Japanese government’s dumping of nuclear wastewater. (There is evidence that an IAEA official received a bribe of 1 million euros from the Japanese government.) Experts diagnose that this reveals the US’s intention to make Japan a nuclear base country. In the US-China confrontation, this is a completely different direction from the previous nuclear umbrella policy.

If Japan changes to a state where it can arm itself with nuclear weapons at any time, it means that the US is changing the nuclear umbrella policy that it has maintained for a long time. This is a serious and important topic that requires agreement from the American people and the US Congress. It is an excess of authority for the US federal government to make a unilateral decision without public discussion on this matter. It deserves to be condemned by the entire world.”

We need to pay attention to this part. Like it or not, the United States is still the leader of the world. If the United States goes down the wrong path, the entire world will suffer.

It is a poison that should never be dumped in the ocean. Asking what was wrong after committing such an evil act is the behavior of gangsters. Such behavior should never be tolerated. The dumping of nuclear wastewater must be stopped immediately.

There is no other way to stop it. The people must stand up against it. The only way to stop it is for the people to hold candles and gather their will and strength against the tyranny of state power and capital power. This is something that not only the citizens of Korea and Japan, but also the citizens of the world must do together.

A plan has been proposed to gather in major cities in the United States in early October and join forces. It is possible if Korean and Japanese-American citizens come together. Japanese Americans recently contributed greatly to the creation of a bill in New York to ban the dumping of nuclear wastewater. This is something to be highly praised. Therefore, This time, there is a possibility that Korean and Japanese citizens will jointly promote this event in the United States.

On October 5th (Saturday), let’s gather in LA, and then on October 7th (Monday) in Washington DC to roar together toward the White House and the US Congress.

The specific schedule and marching course will be finalized in September, and we will share the news with our great comrades around the world. Let’s share it widely with many compatriots in the US and citizens around the world, and let’s gather the will of the people and stop the dumping of nuclear wastewater.

［李元榮］ハンギョレオン「10月初め、アメリカのLA・ワシントンDCで核廃水投棄STOP世界市民行進」

米大統領選を前に、日本政府の蛮行を阻止する決起大会

米国大統領は自他が公認する地球村での最高権力者だ。米大統領選が11月4日に近づいた。日本政府の蛮行と親日売国政権の惨状を体当たりしている私たちには、これまで以上に関心が集まっている。こういう時だからこそ私たちにすべきことがある。まさに核廃水投棄STOPを要求することである。
日本政府（東京電力）は今日で8回にわたって6万2,600トンを海に捨てた。筆者は数日前、メディアに次のような記事を書いている。

福島核廃水投棄報道に関する事実確認

ここに小さな目次を紹介すると、

一読願いたい。ここで重要な課題である5.「汚染された魚の実態」を紹介すると、

「希釈してしまうとはいえ、海洋投棄の総量は変わらない。なお、IAEAすら正常な作業で発生する廃水の希釈以外に意図的に物質を希釈してはならないと規定している。希釈するのは日本政府の見せかけにほかならない。海は一つである。植物性プランクトンが放射能に汚染されると、食物連鎖によって順次大きな魚に放射能が蓄積され、結局は人の体内に入ってくる。

トリチウムだけ考えても、英国のセラフィールド核燃料再処理工場があるブリストル海峡で、海水が自然状態で5～50Bq/Lであるのに比べ、ヒラメ4,000～5万Bq/㎏、ムール貝2,000～4万Bq/㎏の濃縮が認められた。これらの魚種の濃縮率平均値の各3,000倍と2,300倍であった。昨年5月、福島原発港湾内で捕獲されたクロソイからは、基準値の180倍に達する１万8,000Bqの放射性セシウムが検出された。これは自然状態のトリチウム（HTO）と内部被ばくされた有機結合型トリチウム（OBT）との被害の差を示す。

このデータから類推すると、食物連鎖により、上位魚種の放射能は、指数関数的にかなり蓄積されていることを推測できる。私たちは海水を直接飲むのではなく、指数関数的に汚染された魚を食べる。核廃水で汚染された海水は、濃度が低いとは言え、結果的には危険なのである。」

要するに、このような危険な核廃水を海に捨てなくても処理できる方法がある。 6. 「海洋投棄なしで代替案がある」を見ると、「トリチウムの半減期は12.3年。100年が過ぎると、毒性は1,000分の1に減る。既存の1,000tのタンクを増設するか10万tの大型タンクを新設し、さらに20年保管すると、トリチウムの80％が縮小されるという米国ウズホール海洋研究所のケン・ブセラー博士の提案もある。土地はいくらでもある。各廃水をセメントに混ぜ、モルタル化して建設現場で活用するという方法も専門家らによって提案されている」

問題は国連と米国である。国連は国際原子力の下請機構にほかならないIAEAに任せておいて、他国の事のようにしており、米連邦政府は極めて無責任な態度を見せている。 10.「米連邦政府の越権」の項目を見ると、

「昨年夏、米国のマサチューセッツ州とニューヨーク州では、はるかに少ない水準の核廃水さえ強く阻止した。州政府の判断は正しかった。これに比べ、米連邦政府は、IAEAを先頭に立たせ、日本政府の核廃水投棄を容認した（IAEA担当者が日本政府から100万ユーロの賄賂を受けたという証拠がある）。これにより米国が日本を核基地国家にしようとする意図が明らかになったのだと識者たちは見ている。米中対立局面で従来の核傘政策とは全く異なる方向である。

日本がいつでも核武装可能な状態に変わるのは、長い間保持してきていた核傘政策を、米国が変更することである。米国民と米国議会の合意を経なければならない深刻で重大なテーマであるにもかかわらず、これに対する公論的もなく、一方通行式な意思決定が展開されるのは米国連邦政府の越権である。地球村みんなからの糾弾を受けて然るべきものである」

私達はこのことに注目する必要がある。認めたくなくても、現在、米国は地球村のリーダーである。米国が間違った道に進むと、地球村全体が苦しむことになる。

もともと捨ててはいけない毒物だ。そのような悪行を犯しても「なにが間違っているのか」と開き直るのは、暴力団のやることに他ならない。そのような行為が容認されてはならない。核廃水投棄は必ずしも阻止されなければならない。

阻止するには一つの方法しかない。民衆が対抗しなければならない。国家権力と資本権力が振り回す横砲に対抗して民衆がろうそくを持って志と力を集めるしかない。日韓両国の市民だけでなく、世界市民が一緒に立ち上がるべきである。

今年の10月初め、米国の主要都市で力を合わせる企画がある。韓国と日本の市民らが一緒に立ち向かえば可能である。日本市民はニューヨークで核汚染水投棄禁止法案を作るのに多大な貢献をしてきた。高く評価されなければならないことである。そして、この度の日韓市民が合同で行う企画も可能だと考えられる。

10月5日(土)にはLAで、そして10月7日(月)にワシントンDCに集まり、ホワイトハウスと米国議会に向かって轟音をあげよう。

具体的な日程や行進コース等は、9月中に確定し、江湖諸賢に情報を共有する。アメリカの多くの同胞たちと世界市民に広く共有し、必ず民衆の志を集めて核廃水投棄を阻止させよう。
