7. Jung Young-Hoon, my comrade, left a comment after seeing a posted precautions he observed on the ship heading to Japan. “These are the pictures I took from the arrival at the port this mornito the walking march.
Among the precautions on board, there is a ban on dumping garbage. Moreover, how about dumping of nuclear contaminated waste water? Should it be allowed?
I thought that the clear blue sea, the village, and the earth should be prevented from being contaminated by nuclear waste water.”

16. In the afternoon, as soon as we left, we happened to encounter an interesting situation.

16-1 Comrade Jung Young-hoon describes this scene as follows.
“He is the guy who saw us at the Kozuki Station market, asked questions, and expressed empathy. After we were marching for a while, this person came chasing after us on his bicycle and handed us about 20 ice cakes. he said “I used to be a yakuza, but there are not only bad yakuza like thugs in South Korea, but there are kind yakuza like myself.” While listening to the story, I thought that our vicious gangsters like government is more of a problem in South Korea right now than the yakuza and thugs. Anyway, it was an ice cake that cools the steamy heat.”

23. As we approached my destination, I took a commemorative selfie with Mr. Fujimoto, who gave me a donation called Kampa.

24. The afternoon course was relatively short and we arrived at our destination around 6:30 in the evening. However, the road back to the inn was tough. A part of the railroad line was damaged by the flood, and I had to change to a bus due to the restoration work, so I arrived late in the evening.
- I talked with Mr. Han Ki-duk (3rd generation Japanese resident of Tsushima) who took the trouble to participate in the march today at an izakaya in front of Onoda Station, where the inn is located. I’ll share more of his story tomorrow.
